  1. Presenting the different check-in methods
  2. Presenting the Departure Control System (DCS)
  3. Checking in the different types of passengers and baggage
  4. Charging excess baggage
  5. Presenting the seat map
  6. Taking into account the seat desiderata
  7. Performing a Through Check-in (check-in to the final destination with a connection)
  8. Modifying a check-in filement


On the job exercises all along the training session in order to put the skills acquired into practice
