  1. Presentation of the Departure Control System (DCS)
  2. Procedure and operating process of boarding
  3. Handling of special passengers (UMNR, VIP, group…)
  4. Presentation of the boarding operations
  5. Realization of the boarding announcements in French and English


Hand-on experience under the responsibility of the trainer in charge of validating the training session
